If you’ve been struggling with weight loss, whether it’s just been 3 months since you had a baby, or 30 years since you noticed it was a struggle, you know in your heart of hearts that you have lost your freedom. You cannot run, jump and play like a child. You are not free to shop for clothes wherever you want; you are not free to take up a new sport, and some of you are not even free to walk quickly down the street.  Freedom is one of the basic rights that we have as human beings, and yet we allow ourselves to be enslaved and imprisoned in a body that is constantly working against us and making life difficult to live to its fullest.  We can break free from this prison quite easily if we find the right program to help us learn how to lose weight fast.  We need a program that suggests a multitude of delicious foods, some focused exercise three times weekly, and a program that provides a coach to help us break free.
